To reach our ambitious goals, we are looking for Senior Test Automation Engineer.
Participation in testing different types of applications: backend, frontend, web, mobile
Setting up test strategy, test plans and testing process on the projects
Execution of manual or automated testing in respective testing tools
Performance, regression and stress testing plans definition and successful implementation
Mentorship of the QA team so that all comply with testing standards
Senior-level QA profile combining strong manual testing and solid automation expertise
Ability to lead a QA team of varying size, coordinating activities and ensuring delivery quality
Participation in presales initiatives and project estimations for testing activities
Good time management and ability to prioritize tasks among multiple or changing priorities
Prefer to work on agile software development projects with globally distributed teams
Good communication skills (spoken and written) with fluent English as essential
Have at least 6 years of relevant experience
Knowledge of business-driven, risk-based, and exploratory test methodologies
Experience in manual testing and related tools
Hands on knowledge in automation testing (e.g., Java/Selenium, Playwright/Java, or Playwright/TS)
Hands on experience with API testing using Postman, SoapUI, Rest Assured, or the Playwright API library
Working knowledge of AI-assisted development and testing tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor)
Hands-on experience building custom AI agents (prompts, workflows, orchestration)
Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers (e.g., Rovo, Playwright MCP, Atlassian MCP)
Comfortable working with relational databases (e.g Oracle or MS SQL)
Comfortable using version control systems, preferably Git
Experience with different cloud providers (AWS, Azure or GCP)
ISTQB certification is a plus
