As Chief of Staff for Nortal Germany, you act as a strategic and execution partner to the regional leadership team. You will bring perspective, constructive challenge, and structure so strategy turns into action. You'll create clarity, shorten decision cycles, and ensure follow-through across the organisation. at the same time, keeping a strong people and culture lens.

Regional Strategy Alignment & Execution

• Ensure quarterly strategic discussions are well-prepared, data-driven, and outcome-focused
• Gather and synthesise market and performance data to support 1–3 year planning
• Translate strategic goals into actionable initiatives and ensure progress is monitored and reviewed
• Prepare and facilitate leadership meetings so decisions are made and followed through on

Operational Excellence

• Ensure strategic decisions are understood and implemented across relevant committees and teams
• Monitor key business metrics in collaboration with Finance and support leadership with course correction recommendations
• Support leadership in scaling operational processes sustainably by identifying bottlenecks and preparing decision proposals 

Data-Driven Insights & External Stakeholder Management 

• Work closely with Finance to analyse business performance, market trends, and growth opportunities
• Structure complex topics and follow-up actions to keep leadership discussions focused and effective
• Prepare C-level meetings with external partners and clients, ensuring excellent stakeholder experience and attention to detail 

Central Internal Communication

• Shape leadership communication so decisions consistently start with the why, followed by what, empowering teams to define the how
• Advise C-level leaders on cadence, repetition, and variation of messaging to drive real impact
• Ensure leadership presentations, keynotes, and impact talks are clear, engaging, and aligned with strategic goals 

Leadership Projects & Strategic Initiatives

• Drive high-priority leadership initiatives such as service expansion, talent development, or organizational change
• Ensure clarity of ownership, purpose, and execution — and challenge constructively when adjustments are needed 

Culture & Leadership Enablement

• Support the leadership team in fostering a high-performance, client-centric culture
• Gather insights from across the organization to provide honest, grounded feedback to leadership
• Organize and facilitate leadership off-sites, strategy sessions, and key business reviews 

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience, including 2–5 years in a Chief of Staff, consulting, strategy & operations capacity or comparable operating roles in technology or professional services
• Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence working with senior leaders
• A data-driven and analytical mindset, able to structure complexity into actionable decisions
• Experience in process optimization and project management
• High adaptability, resilience, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
• A natural ability to bring structure, clarity, and positive energy to leadership teams
• German language skills at C1 level or above
